In most cases the answer is YES. What help is available is often based on what the age of your child is on certain dates. Plus some are based on school terms.

You can also get help with costs from Universal Credit (upto 85%). Students with Care to Learn and Childcare Grants, From job Centres if they send you on training. Theres also Tax Free Childcare (20%).
